when the mining drill is used to 0% and used once more the battery resets to 100%

ok its a incapability with vein miner, that did it. tried it without and drill broke, is there a way to prevent it from breaking?

using drill when its out of power, i do have vein miner and anvil loaded with industrialtest.

Uhh that might be quite hard to fix because Vein Miner just assumes that if there is not enough uses tool should break.
